Gylie Genesys is a project that has for objective to promote blockchain technologies in women and minorities. Inclusion of women and minorities is essential. According to a Forbes’ article published in 2020, women make up just 20% of cryptocurrency investors while African-Americans and Hispanic Americans make up just 23% of cryptocurrency traders even though these two races make up 28% of the American population.

Gylie Genesys will be an outreach and educational program for these two demographics in order to promote blockchain technologies in their communities because we believe blockchain technologies will be the new wave of technologies. These groups can’t be left behind as these new technologies will determine a group’s economic status in the next few decades. Gylie through its Genesys program plans on creating an educational platform with different format of resources to teach these groups about blockchain technologies like NFTs, Coins, Smart Contracts, and more while keeping out the middle-man.

Blockchain technologies are not specific to finance only as we know smart contracts are changing the way healthcare industry, transportation industry, real estate industry, e-commerce industry, construction industry, and communication industry work.  Gylie Genesys’ part of the solution will be to encourage these groups while providing the support and rewards for them to learn more. As a reward for completing trainings, tasks, or accessing resources about blockchain technologies, Gylie will reward these users with free Gylie Tokens.
